Rental Rates - Florida Luxury RV Rental

Smoking: No Smoking Allowed!!
Daily Rental: $275 (Includes 120 free miles)
Weekly Rental: $1,649 (includes 750 free miles) - Extra nights $240.00/night
Monthly Rental: $5,995 per month or 30 days. (includes 100 free miles per night) - Extra nights $210.00/night
Reservation Deposit: Minimum $1000 for a weekly rental. Half the rental rate for shorter rentals. (necessary to secure reservation)
Security Deposit: Minimum $1000. Refunded after coach is returned in the same condition as when rented.
Insurance Fee: $19-$23 per day
Mileage Charge: .45 per mile in excess of 100 miles per night rented.
Generator Charge: 5 hours per day free and then $3 per hour
Cleaning Charge: $175 up to $350 if not returned clean, both interior and exterior, including all under coach luggage compartments.
Pets: No Pets Allowed
Additional Charges: $100 dumping charge if wastewater tanks are not returned empty.
Fuel Tank: $50 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Fuel If Not Same As At Pickup Upon Return.
Propane Tanks: $30 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Propane Fuel If Not Same As At Pickup Upon Return.
Housekeeping Kit: $175-$275
RV Rental Delivery Fee: Upon Request
Airport Pickup/Return: Upon Request
One Way RV Rental: $3.75 per mile pick up fee.

Additional Rate Info

  • Charges that may be deducted from the deposit are damages, loss of equipment, refueling, propane fill, over mileage, extra days, generator and cleaning. To avoid additional charges, return the motor home in the same condition as received.
  • Fuel and propane tanks are full at departure and it is strongly suggested that the tanks be full upon return. A $50.00 service fee will apply if the technician must refill tanks and fuel will be assessed at the current rate.
  • Holding tanks are empty at departure and it is strongly suggested that the tanks be empty upon return.. A $100 service fee will be assessed if the technician must empty the holding tanks

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO BRING THE MOTOR HOME BACK CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION. THE MOTOR HOME MUST BE RETURNED CLEAN TO RECEIVE ALL YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. YOU MIGHT THINK IT’S JUST A RENTAL, BUT IT’S THE NEXT PERSONS VACATION AND OUR PERSONAL MOTORHOME. SMOKING IS NEVER ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR COACHES AND WILL RESULT IN FORFEIT OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

The coaches goes out full of fuel and must come back full of fuel and L/P gas. Holding tank must be empty on return and please return the coach clean as this is our vacation home as well.
